“Train up a child in the way he should go;
even when he is old he will not depart from it.”
PROVERBS 22:6

Our preschool classroom is intended for ages 3-6. In our prepared classroom environments, we cultivate a child’s own natural desire to learn by encouraging hands-on, concrete learning through exploration and discovery. Through this innovative approach to early learning, curiosity and creativity are highly valued and encouraged. Our teaching methods support divergent thinking and imaginative play as integral parts of the development process, which help build a positive association with learning while students are still adjusting to structured activities.
Our program also encourages social interaction and skills development. Through multiple sensory-based learning stations, the Poetice Preschool allows every child to become a wonder-filled explorer in God’s world.

Together, we unearth the God-given gifts within each child
and seek to unlock and pursue their future dreams.

By infusing the Gospel/God Story in all aspects of our Preschool, we hope that every child will encounter Jesus in a very personal way to root, shape, and form their identity in Christ at a very young age.
Throughout our Preschool, children are also given opportunities to practice being responsible. Our teachers teach and expect children to wash their hands and dishes, keep personal belongings in cubbies, and put toys back in their designated spaces, which helps the child develop independence, self-control, and kindness.
The Poetice Preschool empowers young children to become positive contributors in all spheres of society by teaching them to positively influence and impact their communities (and the world) by their example. Our program directs children to become positive world changers who are motivated by love and Kingdom principles. Our strong focus on Biblically-based truths helps children see themselves as God sees them: full of value, dignity, and worth.
