Since 2009 Poetice has been actively engaged in cross-cultural missions, training multicultural teams, and pursuing holistic community transformation.
Intensive participants have the incredible opportunity to learn from high-quality teachers from around the world and deeply engage in the Poetice community. This immersive experience allows our diverse staff to walk with and mentor participants as they navigate everything they are learning and applying daily in practical missional opportunities in Zambia.
Our 6-Week Intensive Training is a holistic training ground for multicultural missions and discipleship. It is designed for individuals who are already serving in or are deeply connected to global missions, and for those who are exploring their call to go into global missions.

Our Intensive Training is for:
INDIVIDUALS THAT ARE
INTERESTED IN GLOBAL MISSIONS.
For individuals that are new to global missions,
our 6-week Intensive Training critically prepares individuals
before they go to serve anywhere in the world.
INDIVIDUALS WITH MISSIONAL EXPERIENCE
AND/OR ARE CURRENTLY SERVING IN
DOMESTIC OR GLOBAL MISSIONS POSITIONS.
For individuals with existing missional experience, are currently serving on the mission field or are on staff at a church, our Intensive Training will encourage, strengthen, and enable them with additional tools and experiences to help them become more effective in their role(s) on multicultural, international ministry teams.
There are three major tenets in our Intensive Training.
These formative pillars guide and influence almost every aspect of our training.
FOLLOWING JESUS
At the center of everything we pursue is the man Jesus.
We desire to be with Jesus, become like Jesus,
and do what Jesus did.
YOU CAN EXPECT:
• Teaching sessions with various teachers from around the world
